How to use 

Shake well before using. 

Adults- use 1-2 dropper full under your tongue and hold for 30 seconds then swallow or add 1-2 dropper full to 2 oz of juice or water

Children- 25-45 lbs  5 drops, 50-74 lbs 10 drops, 75-99 lbs 15 drops, 100+ lbs 20 drops. Drop under your tongue and hold for 30 seconds then swallow or add to 2 oz of juice or water.

Not recommended for children under 1 years old
