Our Sea Moss Gel is stored in an 16 oz airtight BPA food safe plastic container. It can last in the fridge for 3-4 weeks. You can store it in the freezer for up to 3 months. 

All orders will be shipped with insulated packaging and ice packs to ensure product stays fresh during delivery. WE DO NOT USE PRESERVATIVES. If your order arrives room temperature and THATS OK. Orders will need to be refrigerated immediately after arrival. Please allow 4-8 hours for your sea moss gel to get cold again. We also ship PRIORITY SHIPPING so orders arrive within 1-3 days after processing.

We recommend 1-2 tablespoon a day to start and see how it makes you feel or 1 tablespoon 3 times a day or 1/4 cup daily to get maximum benefits. Can be added to smoothies and other beverages, used in cooking as a thickener and nutritional boost, or enjoy our fruit infused gels right out of the jar as we do!
