Each week you will be provided with 3 Sections. The first one will be call you Weekly Assignment. The weekly assignment will have your ideal meal schedule and workouts. The Meal Schedule provided for that week is to be followed 7 days a week. The workouts provided is to be completed 5 days a week with 2 rest days. The second schedule is the Weekly Tracker. The Weekly Tracker has 7 sections for each day of the week. Those sections are for you to record your meals for the day. At the bottom of the tracker is a section to record your beginning and ending measurements for the week. The last section is the Weekly Journal, this section is provided for you to vent and express yourself about your past week of working out. This helps you reflect and correct yourself for the upcoming work out week.
